As the Managing Director of The Agency Savannah, Courtney brings both leadership and deep market expertise to every client experience. Licensed in Georgia and South Carolina, she represents buyers and sellers across Savannah, Bluffton, and Hilton Head Island with a results-driven, client-first approach.
Since beginning her real estate career in 2017, Courtney has closed more than $200 million in sales. Her reputation for market knowledge, leadership, and genuine care has earned her recognition throughout the region. She was named New Agent of the Year (2018) in Bluffton and Hilton Head, and later recognized as Market Sales Leader (2023 & 2024) while working in new home sales for one of the nation’s top builders. Her background in new construction gives her a distinct advantage—offering clients insight into design trends, construction timelines, and the full build process from concept to completion.

Outside of real estate, Courtney enjoys life by the water with her husband, two teenagers, and their three French Bulldogs. She can often be found at the ballfield cheering on her son, traveling for her daughter’s cheer competitions, or soaking up the sun along the coast she proudly calls home.
